Study abroad coming to an end + Morocco Pictures

Hey all. It’s hard to believe that my study abroad experience is nearing its end. I take my final exams next week! I have 4 tests and 1 essay and really need to get cracking on the studying and working. The workload has been fairly light throughout my time here, but now that I am reaching the end of the school year the professors have suddenly begun piling on the work. 8 days from now I will be done with my Spanish academic life and preparing for a journey around Europe.

Before arriving in Sevilla, my academic schedule was going to include direct enrollment in classes at la Universidad de Sevilla. This meant that I would be in classes until late June and I booked airline tickets home accordingly. When I switched academic programs a few weeks after reaching Spain, my classes all changed and now I am going to be done in mid-May. This change has opened up a significant chunk of time and has created an opportunity of a lifetime to travel around Europe with my girlfriend. Budgets and plans are still being refined, but hopefully the journey will be in full swing in a few short weeks. More details to follow.

In the meantime, check out these photos I took on my trip to Morocco. We visited three cities (Marrakech, Fes, and Tangier) in three days and it was quite an adventure. There are too many highlights to list! I hope you enjoy the pictures. Time for me to study for those final exams. Hasta Luego!
